NHL: Montreal 4, Los Angeles 1

MONTREAL, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Carey Price had another outstanding game in goal Wednesday with 24 saves in carrying Montreal to a 4-1 decision over Los Angeles.

Price, who had recorded shutouts in two of his four previous outings, won for the 13th time this season. Los Angeles lost its second straight and has dropped five of its last six.

Andrew Kostitsyn and Mike Cammalleri gave Montreal a 2-0 lead after one period, but Alex Martinez cut the Los Angeles deficit to one with 1:57 having gone by in the second.

Tomas Plekanec and Lars Eller added goals for the Canadiens during the second.

Jonathan Bernier started for the Kings in place of Jonathan Quick and allowed all four goals on 33 shots.
