NBA: New Orleans 75, Sacramento 71

SACRAMENTO, Nov. 21 (UPI) -- David West and Trevor Ariza teamed up for 33 points and the New Orleans Hornets improved to 11-1 Sunday with a 75-71 decision over Sacramento.

West scored 17 points, Ariza added 16 and Chris Paul accounted for 14 assists for the Hornets in the low-scoring win, in which New Orleans shot only 32.2 percent from the field.

Sacramento held a 52-48 lead late the third quarter, but West keyed a 9-0 run with a pair of baskets and the Hornets went ahead for good, finishing the frame with a 61-56 advantage.

Donte Greene put in 15 points and hauled down 10 rebounds for the Kings, who were plagued by 21 turnovers.
