OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Kevin Durant scored 24 points Wednesday in leading the Oklahoma City Thunder to its fourth win in five games, 116-99 over Houston.
The Thunder took a 15-point lead into the final period and the Rockets were unable to make a run while losing their second straight.
Houston was paced by Luis Scola with 26 points and Kelvin Martin with 19.
Oklahoma City took control with a 13-2 run in the second quarter that broke open a tie game and resulted in a 64-53 lead at the break. The Thunder defeated Houston for just the fourth time in 24 meetings.
