COL FB: Notre Dame 28, Utah 3

SOUTH BEND, Ind., Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Tommy Rees hooked up with Duval Kamara on a pair of touchdown passes Saturday and Notre Dame dominated No. 15 Utah 28-3.

Rees found Kamara twice in the third quarter, once on a 26-yard scoring strike five seconds into the frame and again on a 12-yard strike with 9:30 to go, extending a 14-3 Notre Dame halftime lead.

Rees (12-of-19, 112 yards, no interceptions) also connected with Michael Floyd on a second-quarter scoring pass for the Fighting Irish (5-5), who logged a victory on Senior Day.

Jordan Wynn went 22-of-37 passing for 183 yards, no touchdowns and one interception for the Utes (8-2), who lost their second straight.

Utah was put in a hole in the first quarter when punter Sean Sellwood's try was blocked and returned for a score by Notre Dame's Robert Blanton.
