SHIMA, Japan, Nov. 7 (UPI) -- Jiyai Shin, the No. 1-ranked women's golfer, on Sunday had her second consecutive bogey-free round and claimed the title at the LPGA's Mizuno Classic.

It was the second time Shin won the event in three years. She shot 5-under-par 67 Sunday and finished with a 54-hole total of 18-under 198 in taking the first-place check of $180,000. Yani Tseng was second at 16-under and took home $109,523.

Shin had just two bogeys in the tournament and both came during Friday's first round. She was 13-under since a first-round bogey at No. 14.

She was 11-under for the tournament on the par 5s at the Kintetsu Kashikojima Country Club, including starting Sunday's round with a birdie at the par-5 opening hole. She birdied all four of the par 5s in the final round -- Nos. 7, 13 and 16 in addition to the first hole -- and also birdied the par-4 fourth hole for the third consecutive round.

Shin needed the birdies at 13 and 16 to regain the edge on Tseng, who pulled into a tie for the lead with four birdies in her first seven holes and back-to-back birdies at 10 and 11. However, Tseng parred in from there and settled for second.
