BOSTON, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Brad Boyes' game-winning shootout goal Saturday sent the St. Louis Blues past Boston 2-1 for their sixth win in a row.
The Bruins had a last chance to extend the shootout but Patrice Bergeron's shot clanked off the post and the Blues won a sixth straight for the first time since Dec. 6-18, 2003.
