NBA: Washington 116, Philadelphia 115 (OT)

WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Andray Blatche sank a pair of free throws with 7.1 seconds left in overtime Tuesday, boosting the Washington Wizards to a 116-115 win over Philadelphia.

Blatche ended the game with 23 points and John Wall led the Wizards with 29, helping Washington to its first win of the year following a pair of losses to start the 2010-11 campaign.

Nick Young came off the bench to score 20 points and Al Thornton chipped in 12 more for the victors, who downed the Sixers for the 10th time in 13 home games.

Lou Williams collected 30 points for Philadelphia, going 15-of-17 from the free-throw line, and Elton Brand contributed 21 points and nine rebounds in the setback.
