CHICAGO, Oct. 17 (UPI) -- Patrick Sharp scored twice Saturday, including the go-ahead goal in the third period of the Chicago Blackhawks' 4-3 decision over Buffalo.

Sharp's second goal -- his fifth of the season -- came with 7:08 left and lifted the Hawks to their second win over the Sabres this week.

Marian Hossa got a point in his sixth straight game with a goal, Dave Bolland added a tally, and Patrick Kane and Brent Seabrook each assisted twice in the win.

Chicago goalie Marty Turco stopped 38 shots in the victory.

Cody McCormick, Drew Stafford and Paul Gaustad all scored in the Sabres' fifth straight loss.

Patrick Lalime let in four goals on 21 shots for Buffalo.
