JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Josh Scobee's 59-yard field goal as time was running out Sunday gave the Jacksonville Jaguars a 31-28 win over Indianapolis.
The thrilling, last-second victory allowed Jacksonville (2-2) to bounce back from a disheartening 28-3 defeat a week ago against Philadelphia.
Jags quarterback David Garrard completed 17-of-22 passes for 163 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He added 44 rushing yards and a score on five carries.
Jacksonville running back Maurice Jones-Drew racked up 105 yards on 26 carries, and also caught two passes for 16 yards and a touchdown.
Colts signal-caller Peyton Manning was 33-of-46 passes for 353 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
Joseph Addai gained 63 yards and scored twice on 16 carries for Indianapolis (2-2).
