CHESTER, Pa., Oct. 2 (UPI) -- Sebastien Le Toux's team-high 13th goal of the season Saturday lifted the Philadelphia Union to a 1-1 tie with the Houston Dynamo.
Andrew Hainault had put the Dynamo up 1-0 in the 12th minute rammed home a rebound at the edge of the 6-yard box before Union goalkeeper Brad Knighton could recover from the initial shot.

Le Toux got the tying score 5 minutes before half when he took a pass from Roger Torres and fired a shot past Houston goalie Pat Onstad from 12 yards out.
Despite the tie, Philadelphia (7-13-7) was officially eliminated from playoff contention.
Houston (7-14-6) was eliminated from post-season contention earlier.
