NFL: Indianapolis 27, Denver 13

DENVER, Sept. 26 (UPI) -- Peyton Manning amassed 325 yards and hurled three TD passes Sunday in the Indianapolis Colts' 27-13 victory over Denver.

Manning's favorite target was Austin Collie, who notched career highs with 12 receptions and 171 yards while scoring a pair of touchdowns.

Blair White replaced the injured Pierre Garcon and caught a touchdown pass in his first NFL game and Reggie Wayne chipped in 65 yards on four catches.

Manning connected on 27-of-43 pass attempts while largely ignoring the ground game. Indianapolis (2-1) ran the ball for only 40 yards.

Kyle Orton also concentrated on the pass, piling up a career-high 476 aerial yards on 37-of-57 attempts. But he only had one touchdown to show for his efforts and was picked off once.

The Broncos (1-2) got a big game from Brandon Lloyd, who reeled in a six passes for a career-high 169 yards. Jabar Gaffney contributed 12 receptions for 140 yards.
