COL FB: Utah 56, San Jose State 3

SALT LAKE CITY, Sept. 25 (UPI) -- Jordan Wynn fired two touchdown passes in his return from an injury Saturday, boosting No. 13 Utah to a 56-3 rout of San Jose State.

Wynn, who had been out with a thumb injury since the Utes' season-opener, went 14-of-18 through the air for 124 yards, finding Shawn Asiata and Dallin Rogers in the end zone for TD receptions.

The Utes got off to their second 4-0 start in three years with the non-conference victory, their 20th straight home win.

Utah got 272 yards on the ground. Eddie Wide, Matt Asiata, Reggie Dunn, Beau Burton and Tauni Vakapuna each scored a touchdown.

The Spartans (1-3) were limited to 67 yards passing by Jordan La Secla, who completed 8-of-12 passes.
