COL FB: Missouri 27, San Diego State 24

COLUMBIA, Mo., Sept. 19 (UPI) -- Blaine Gabbert threw 68-yard touchdown pass late in the fourth quarter Saturday, boosting No. 25 Missouri past San Diego State 27-24.

The Aztecs scored 10 fourth-quarter points to pull ahead 24-20, but Gabbert found T.J. Moe on the left side with 1:10 remaining, connecting for the long score to rally the Tigers (3-0) to the victory.

Gabbert went 27-of-50 for 345 yards through the air and ran for another score.

Michael Egnew hauled down 12 passes for 136 yards and Moe made seven receptions for 120 yards in the Tigers' victory.

Ronnie Hillman ran wild for San Diego State (2-1), racking up 230 yards on 24 carries with a pair of touchdowns.

Ryan Lindley went 20-for-44 passing for 190 yards and one interception for the Aztecs.
