CINCINNATI, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- Joey Votto smacked a game-winning, 10th-inning home run Saturday, handing the Cincinnati Reds a 5-4 victory over Pittsburgh.
Cincinnati forced extra frames when Chris Heisey hit an RBI double in the ninth. That key hit came after the Reds had coughed up a 3-0 lead of their own in the eighth.

Neil Walker drove in a pair of runs and Jose Tabata added an RBI for the Pirates.
