ATLANTA, Aug. 28 (UPI) -- Tim Hudson notched his 15th win and Matin Prado drove in five runs Saturday in the Atlanta Braves' 12-3 rout of Florida.
Hudson (15-5) struck out 13 over seven innings, allowing one run on six hits while walking only one. The Braves right-hander raised his record to 5-0 in his last six home starts and helped the first-place Braves improve to 45-18 at Turner Field.
Prado smacked a two-run homer in the seventh inning, added a two-run single in the third and drove in a run with a bases-loaded walk in the second.
Brian McCann went 2-for-3 with three RBI for Atlanta, which remained two games ahead of second-place Philadelphia in the National League East.
Marlins starter Ricky Nolasco (14-9) was lit up for six runs on seven hits in a two-inning start.
