Logan Ondrusek and Nick Masset each chipped in with a scoreless frame and Francisco Cordero notched his 32nd save of season to complete the shutout and hand Cincinnati a three-game sweep of the Marlins.

The Reds -- who entered the game in a first-place tie with St. Louis atop the National League Central -- scored both of their runs on a sixth-inning homer by Miguel Cairo.

Anibal Sanchez (9-8) absorbed the hard-luck loss, yielding two runs on five hits in six innings of work.
