MILWAUKEE, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Casey McGehee homered and drove in four runs and Lorenzo Cain added three RBI Sunday, sparking Milwaukee to an 11-6 win over Houston and a series sweep.
McGehee drove in a run with a first-inning double to put the Brewers ahead for good at 3-2 and blasted a three-run shot in the fourth, lifting Milwaukee to its fifth win in six games.
Cain, playing his sixth major league game, contributed a sacrifice fly in the first and a two-run double in third. Ryan Braun chipped in with two RBI and three runs scored for Milwaukee.
Yovani Gallardo (11-5) won for the third time in four starts, holding the Astros to four runs on eight hits over six innings.
Houston starter Wesley Wright (1-2) was rocked for seven runs on five hits in a 2 1/3-inning stint.
Michael Bourne went 3-for-5 with two RBI for the Astros.
