MLB: Toronto 8, Baltimore 2

BALTIMORE, July 27 (UPI) -- Jose Bautista socked his major league-leading 29th and 30th homers Tuesday and the Toronto Blue Jays spanked Baltimore 8-2.

Bautista belted a three-run homer in the first inning to hand the Blue Jays a lead they wouldn't relinquish and added a two-run round-tripper in the eighth, boosting Toronto to a series win at Camden Yards.

Fred Lewis went 3-for-5 and scored three runs and Vernon Wells added a pair of RBI for the victors.

Ricky Romero (8-7) fanned eight Orioles in 7 2/3 innings, yielding two runs on nine hits.

O's starter Kevin Millwood (2-10) surrendered five earned runs on 10 hits over 5 1/3 innings as Baltimore fell to 2-10 since the All-Star break.
