MILWAUKEE, June 10 (UPI) -- Marlon Byrd and Geovany Soto had two home runs each Wednesday, powering the Chicago Cubs to a 9-4 victory over Milwaukee.

Derrek Lee had a two-run shot for the Cubs, the 300th homer of his career.

The home-run assault brought Carlos Zambrano (2-4) his first victory since April 10. He gave up three runs on two hits with five walks in five innings.

It was his second start since being lifted out of the relief corps and inserted into the starting rotation.

Byrd hit a two-run homer in the first and a solo shot during Chicago's five-run fifth. Soto contributed a solo home run in the second and a two-run blast in the fifth.

All five Chicago homers came off Randy Wolf (4-6), who surrendered eight runs on nine hits in 4 2/3 innings. Wolf also drove in half of Milwaukee's four runs.
