Scott Baker (5-4) went six innings, giving up three runs on eight hits and three walks to get the win. Jon Rauch picked up his 12th save.

Elvis Andrus had two hits and one RBI for the Rangers, who got one hit and one RBI from Vladimir Guerrero in their fourth straight loss -- and their sixth loss in seven games.

Texas starter Derek Holland (2-1) gave up three runs before leaving the game in the second inning due to numbness in his pitching hand. The Rangers said Holland suffered from soreness in his left shoulder.

Matt Harrison allowed two runs in three innings in relief of Holland.
