MLB: Atlanta 5, Pittsburgh 2

ATLANTA, May 30 (UPI) -- Justin Heyward's two-run triple highlighted an eighth-inning rally Sunday that sent the Atlanta Braves to a 5-2 win over Pittsburgh.

With the score tied 2-2 entering the frame, Nate McLouth and Brian McCann drew walks from Jack Hanrahan (1-1). After Martin Prado struck out, Chipper Jones singled to plate McLouth and put the Braves up by a run.

Takashi Saito (1-2) notched the win for hurling a scoreless eighth inning and Billy Wagner nailed down the Braves' win with his seventh save of the year.

Braves starter Kenshin Kawakami held the Pirates to two runs over 6 2/3 innings.

Jeff Clement led Pittsburgh at the plate with a two-run homer.
