ANAHEIM, Calif., April 28 (UPI) -- Howie Kendrick's two-out bunt single in the ninth Wednesday brought in Torii Hunter from third and gave the Los Angeles Angels a 4-3 win over Cleveland.
Hunter rallied the Angels into a tie with a three-run homer in the sixth and then doubled to start the ninth off Joe Smith (0-1). Hideki Matsui was intentionally walked and, after Rafael Perez relieved Smith, Kendry Morales grounded into a double play that moved Hunter to third.
