SEATTLE, April 17 (UPI) -- Michael Fucito's goal off a throw-in in stoppage time was the game-winner Saturday as the Seattle Sounders downed Kansas City 1-0.
Fucito's score was his first MLS goal. It came in the 92nd minute after he broke in behind the Wizards' defense on a quick throw-in by Brad Evans and put the ball past goalie Jimmy Nielsen -- the first goal allowed this year by the Kansas City netminder.

Seattle (2-1-1) then got a game-saving stop from goalie Kasey Keller after the restart when he was able to tip a shot by Chance Myers just past the left post.
Kansas City (2-1-0) stayed close despite losing veteran defender Jimmy Conrad in the 33rd minute to an injury.
