AUSTIN, Texas, April 8 (UPI) -- It's one and done for Texas freshman guard Avery Bradley, who says he has decided to turn pro after a single season of college basketball.
Bradley, who was the Longhorns' second-leading scorer last season with 11.6 points per game, has declared for the 2010 NBA draft, though he hasn't hired an agent. Bradley, who also recorded 44 steals and 42 3-point shots in 34 games for the Longhorns, has until May 8 to change his mind.
"I will continue to go to class and complete the spring semester here at Texas," Bradley said. "I will schedule workouts with different NBA teams over the next month around my class schedule."
