DALLAS, April 7 (UPI) -- Colin Fraser scored twice and Marian Hossa and Jonathan Toews had a goal and assist each Tuesday to lead the Chicago Blackhawks to a 5-2 win over Dallas.
Antti Niemi made 26 saves on 28 shots in goal for Chicago, which posted a team-record 50th win.
Matt Climie allowed five goals on 38 shots in his first game of the season for the Stars.
Chicago led 2-0 after one period on goals by Hossa in the opening minute and Fraser in the final minute.
After Toews made it 3-0 at 5:58 of the second period, Steve Ott put the Stars on the board with a power-play deflection goal at 7:02.
Chicago stormed ahead 5-1 in the final period on Fraser's second goal at 2:27 and a goal by Patrick Kane at 9:53. Dallas' James Neal closed out the scoring with a goal with 7:15 to play.
