NBA: Golden State 128, New York 117

OAKLAND, Calif., April 3 (UPI) -- Anthony Morrow scored a season-high 35 points off the bench Friday, leading the Golden State Warriors to a 128-117 decision over New York.

It was the 1,331st regular-season victory for Golden State Coach Don Nelson, who needs two more wins to break the career NBA record for coaching wins held by Lenny Wilkens.

Golden State won for just the 22nd time this season, with Morrow hitting 16-of-23 shots from the field. The Warriors shot 57 percent as a team.

Reggie Williams added 23 points and Corey Maggette had 21.

New York, which fell to 0-4 on a five-game road trip, was led by 37 points from David Lee.
