ATLANTA, March 20 (UPI) -- Colby Armstrong collected a pair of goals Saturday, sending the Atlanta Thrashers to a 5-2 triumph over Philadelphia.
Niclas Bergfors and Nik Antropov each notched a goal and an assist for the Thrashers, winners of three straight. With the latest win, Atlanta moved to within a point of idle Boston for the eighth and final playoff slot in the Eastern Conference.

Johan Hedberg made the Thrashers' lead stand up, making 25 stops -- including 15 in the third period alone.
The Flyers got goals from Dan Carcillo and Blair Betts in registering their third loss in four games. Brian Boucher had a poor game in the cage, allowing all five goals on 28 shots.
