COL BKB: Vanderbilt 89, Arkansas 72

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Jeffery Taylor and A.J. Ogilvy combined for 32 points Saturday, lifting No. 20 Vanderbilt to an 89-72 triumph over Arkansas.

The Commodores pulled to within a game of Kentucky in the SEC standings with the win, raising their conference record to 11-3 (22-6 overall).

Vanderbilt also got 13 points, six rebounds and four assists from Brad Tinsley in breaking a six-game losing streak in Fayetteville, Ark.

The Razorbacks (14-15, 7-7) continued a skid in which they have lost four of their last five games. Forward Marshawn Powell connected for 27 points while Rotnei Clarke donated 14 in the defeat.
