COL BKB: Kansas 59, Texas A&M 54

COLLEGE STATION, Texas, Feb. 15 (UPI) -- Cole Aldrich had 12 points, 10 rebounds and five blocked shots Monday to lead No. 1 Kansas to a 59-54 victory over 23rd-ranked Texas A&M.

Xavier Henry and Marcus Morris scored 12 apiece for the Jayhawks (25-1, 11-0 Big 12), who won their 11th straight game following a Jan. 10 loss at Tennessee.

The Aggies hung in against the Jayhawks until Kansas clamped down on defense in the final 4 minutes and finished the game with an 11-2 run.

David Loubeau led Texas A&M with 17 points and Donald Sloan scored 15 for the Aggies (18-7, 7-4), who had a four-game winning streak snapped.
