NHL: Anaheim 7, Edmonton 3

EDMONTON, Alberta, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- Ryan Getzlaf notched a pair of goals and added two assists Sunday to key the Anaheim Ducks' 7-3 rout of Edmonton.

The Ducks lit the lamp four times in the final period as Getzlaf made a strong case with his four-point performance for his inclusion on Team Canada after missing two games with sprained left ankle.

Anaheim got a goal and an assist each from Bobby Ryan, Corey Perry and Scott Niedermayer in the win, its sixth in eight games heading into the Winter Olympics break.

Team Finland member Saku Koivu and George Parros added goals and Jonas Hiller came up with 26 saves in the Ducks' victory.

Getzlaf's goal 5:27 into the third period gave Anaheim a two-goal lead at 4-2 and Perry's tally 39 seconds later blew the game open.

The Oilers got goals from Ryan Potulny, Ethan Moreau and Lubomir Visnovsky in the loss.
