Dustin Penner 24 (power play) also scored in regulation, while net-minder Jeff Deslauriers was credited with 41 saves on 43 shots for the Oilers, who ended an 11-game road losing streak.
Denis Grebeshkov and Dustin Penner scored once each, while net-minder Erik Ersberg yielded two goals on 23 shots in regulation for the Kings, who have lost two in a row following a franchise-record nine-game winning streak.
Ersberg made his first start since Jan. 11 for Jonathan Quick, who was battling the flu.
