COL BKB: Villanova 82, West Virginia 75

MORGANTOWN, W.Va., Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Villanova's Scottie Reynolds scored all but two of his 21 points in the second half Monday and the fifth-ranked Wildcats held off No. 4 West Virginia 82-75.

Reynolds was 10-for-10 from the foul line, doled out five assists and sank a couple of late free throws that helped seal the victory.

Villanova (21-2, 10-1 Big East) connected on 56.9 percent of its field goal attempts.

Corey Fisher contributed 17 points for the Wildcats.

Darryl Bryant had 15 points and Da'Sean Butler and Devin Ebanks each tallied 13 for the Mountaineers (19-4, 8-3), who had won their previous six games.
