NBA: Memphis 104, Los Angeles Clippers 102

MEMPHIS, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- Marc Gasol's 24 points and 15 rebounds led the Memphis Grizzlies to a 104-102 over the Los Angeles Clippers Tuesday in a game disrupted by a fire alarm delay.

The game was interrupted with 47.8 seconds left in the third quarter when a broken water pipe triggered a fire alarm, forcing everyone to evacuate the FedExForum in Memphis.

The Grizzlies were trailing 89-77 before the 36-minute delay, but came back after the alarm to outscore the Clippers 27-13 the rest of the way and post the victory.

Memphis got 24 points from Rudy Gay in its ninth win in 12 games. Zach Randolph chipped in with 20 points and eight rebounds, while O.J. Mayo scored 15 points and Mike Conley added 13.

The Clippers, whose four-game winning streak was snapped, were led by a triple-double from Baron Davis, who scored 27 points, distributed 12 assists grabbed 12 rebounds.
