NBA: San Antonio 105, LA Lakers 85

SAN ANTONIO, Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Tim Duncan scored 25 points and Tony Parker had 22 to pace the San Antonio Spurs to a 105-85 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers Tuesday.

Duncan pulled down 13 rebounds while George Hill added 13 points for the Spurs, who led 53-41 at the half and got nine points from Parker during a 14-8 run to start the second half.

Parker added a jumper a minute later to give San Antonio its largest lead of the game at 71-49. Los Angeles pulled to within six at 85-79 with 5:38 to play, but could get no closer.

The Lakers were led by Andrew Bynum's 23 points while Lamar Odom registered a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. Kobe Bryant was quiet, attempting just 10 shots and making seven for 16 points.

The loss was the third in four games for the Lakers.
