CLEVELAND, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Cleveland jumped to a 10-point lead on a 17-yard Jerome Harrison run and the first of three Phil Dawson field goals Sunday and went on to beat Oakland 23-9.
Harrison, who had racked up a record 286 yards rushing against Kansas City a week earlier, finished with 148 yards on 39 carries against the Raiders.

Dawson's kicks were from 42, 33 and 34 yards.
The Browns (4-11) also scored on a 19-yard pass from Derek Anderson to Mohamed Massaquoi.
Anderson completed 8-of-17 passes for 121 yards.
Sebastian Janikowski kicked three field goals, including a 61-yarder, for Oakland (5-10).
