COL BKB: Ohio State 72, Cleveland State 59

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- David Lighty poured in 30 points for No. 17 Ohio State Tuesday in a 72-59 victory over Cleveland State.

Lighty scored all of the Buckeyes' points in a 10-2 run that gave them a 12-point lead with 10 minutes to play. OSU stayed at least eight points ahead the rest of the way.

William Buford scored 13 points and Dallas Lauderdale added 12 for OSU (10-2), which has won three straight games.

Jeremy Montgomery put up 25 points for the Vikings (4-9).
