DENVER, Dec. 20 (UPI) -- Chaz Schilens hauled in a 10-yard touchdown catch late in the game to send the Oakland Raiders to an upset 20-19 victory over Denver Sunday.

JaMarcus Russell, who threw the game winner to Schilens with 35 seconds left in the game, completed 5-of-11 passes for 47 yards in the fourth quarter after replacing starter Charlie Frye -- who was 9-of-17 passing before leaving the game after sustaining a blow to the head.
