LAWRENCE, Kan., Dec. 19 (UPI) -- Marcus Morris had 23 points and 10 rebounds Saturday, leading top-ranked Kansas in a 75-64 win over Michigan, its 48th straight at Allen Field House.

The Wolverines led 11-10 after Manny Harris sank a jumper with 13:29 left in the first half, but a dunk seconds later by Morris started the Jayhawks on the way to a 42-31 halftime advantage.

Michigan faced a double-digit deficit until the end.

Sherron Collins scored 19, overcoming six personal turnovers. Xavier Henry scored 15, while Cole Aldrich added five points, 11 rebounds and three blocked shots for the unbeaten Jayhawks (10-0), who had not beaten Michigan in five previous meetings.

DeShawn Sims led Michigan with 19 points and seven rebounds.

Harris scored 16 with four rebounds and four assists, but no other player scored in double figures for the Wolverines (5-5), who have lost five of seven.
