NASHVILLE, Dec. 13 (UPI) -- Todd Bertuzzi's goal late in overtime gave the Detroit Red Wings a 3-2 win over the Nashville Predators.
Bertuzzi, who also scored in regulation, took a breakaway pass from Pavel Datsyuk and beat Pekka Rinne with a backhand for his eighth goal of the season.
The goal was Bertuzzi's second overtime game-winner in as many games. His OT goal Friday gave the Wings a 3-2 win over Anaheim.
Drew Miller scored the other Detroit goal and also had an assist.
Ryan Jones had a goal and an assist for Nashville. David Legwand accounted for the Predators' other goal, which tied the game 2-2 at 4:45 of the third period and set the stage for overtime.
Chris Osgood recorded 33 saves in goal for Detroit. Rinne had 26 saves for Nashville.
