SPOKANE, Wash., Dec. 3 (UPI) -- A career-best 28 points from Matt Bouldin Wednesday highlighted a Gonzaga rally that brought the 16th-ranked Bulldogs a 74-69 win over Washington State.
Gonzaga trailed by 13 points in the second half, but improved to 6-1, thanks in part to Bouldin hitting 7-of-12 3-point attempts. The Bulldogs were coming off a championship at the Maui Invitational, where they defeated Colorado, Wisconsin and Cincinnati.
