COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Evan Turner did it all for No. 18 Ohio State Tuesday, racking up a triple-double to power the Buckeyes' 84-64 rout of Lipscomb.
Turner scored 16 points, dished off 11 assists and grabbed 10 rebounds while David Lighty piled up a career-high 22 points for the Buckeyes (4-1).
Ohio State, which won its second straight, also got five 3-pointers and a total of 17 points from Jon Diebler. Dallas Lauderdale and Jeremie Simmons added 13 and 11, respectively.
After Lipscomb cut the Buckeyes' lead to 25-24 with 2 1/2 minutes to go in the half, Ohio State responded with an 11-3 run, punctuated by Diebler's pair of 3-pointers as the clock ran down, for a 36-27 lead at halftime.
Adnan Hodzic scored 18 points for Lipscomb (0-4), while Michael Teller added 11 points.
