BUFFALO, N.Y., Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Cory Stillman scored the eventual game-winning goal for the Florida Panthers Wednesday in a 6-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres.

Stillman's sixth goal this season increased Florida's lead to 3-1 at 10:50 of the third period, part of a four-goal outburst.

Michael Frolik scored two goals -- one on the power play in the third. Stephen Weiss (unassisted), Rostislav Olesz (empty net) and Dominic Moore scored once each.

Keith Ballard had three assists while Tomas Vokoun yielded two goals on 28 shots for the Panthers, who have won three of four.

Buffalo got one goal apiece from Drew Stafford and Clarke MacArthur (power play).

Thomas Vanek had two assists and goalie Ryan Miller was beaten five times on 23 shots for the Sabres, who had won three in a row.

On the power play, Florida went 1-for-3, and Buffalo was 1-for-4.
