NHL: Boston 4, Buffalo 2

BOSTON, Nov. 7 (UPI) -- The Boston Bruins rebounded from two straight shutouts Saturday, using Zdeno Chara's goal and assist to down the Buffalo Sabres 4-2.

The Bruins were hungry for scoring after being shut out by the New York Rangers and Detroit in their two previous games, among three straight losses. But Chara, Marco Sturm, Mark Recchi and Byron Bitz all rippled the twine for Boston and Tuukka Rask made 28 saves in the win.
