NBA: Dallas 93, LA Clippers 84

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 1 (UPI) -- Dirk Nowitzki's 24 points with nine rebounds Saturday led the Dallas Mavericks to an uninspiring 93-84 win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

The teams' combined shooting percentages kept them from scoring 13 points each in the fourth period.

Shawn Marion scored 16 with 11 rebounds, Jason Terry 16 with six assists and four steals while Erick Dampier added 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Mavericks, who completed a Los Angeles sweep after beating the NBA champion Lakers, 94-80, Friday.

Chris Kaman's career-high 27 points with 11 rebounds led Los Angeles.

Eric Gordon scored 16 with four rebounds and three assists and Sebastian Telfair added 12 points, five rebounds and four assists for the Clippers, who have lost their first four games in the new NBA season and their last four against Dallas.
