COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 24 (UPI) -- Terrelle Pryor accounted for three Ohio State scores Saturday and the 17th-rated Buckeyes surged from a 7-0 halftime lead to a 38-7 win over Minnesota.
The sophomore quarterback threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third. He finished 13-of-25 passing for 239 yards and ran for 104 more on 15 carries as OSU (6-2, 4-1 Big Ten) bounced back from last weekend's upset to Purdue.
The Gophers' only score came when MarQueis Gray replaced Adam Weber at quarterback and threw a 16-yard TD to Troy Stoudermire Jr. Gray finished 5-of-6 for 51 yards passing and also had 81 yards on 11 carries.
Weber was just 10-of-23 for 112 yards with two interceptions before being benched.
The Gophers, who lost last week at Penn State, slipped to 4-4 overall and 2-3 in conference play.
