NFL: Miami 31, New York Jets 27

MIAMI, Oct. 13 (UPI) -- Ronnie Brown scored his second touchdown of the night with 6 seconds left to play Monday to give the Miami Dolphins a 31-27 win over the New York Jets.

Miami quarterback Chad Henne, in his second NFL start, passed for 241 yards and two touchdowns on 20-of-26 attempts.

Brown wound up with 74 yards on 21 carries. Ted Ginn and Anthony Fasano each caught a touchdown pass for the Dolphins (2-3), who won their first home game against the Jets since 2005. Ricky Williams didn't score but rushed for 138 yards for Miami.

Braylon Edwards, who came to the Jets this week in a trade with the Cleveland Browns, had five receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown for the Jets (3-2). Edwards helped set up two Thomas Jones rushing TDs in the fourth quarter.

Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez completed 12-of-24 passes for 172 yards and a touchdown.
