LOS ANGELES, Sept. 16 (UPI) -- Matt Kemp and Ronnie Belliard hit home runs Wednesday, powering the Los Angeles Dodgers' 3-1 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates for a three-game sweep.
Kemp's second hit, a two-run homer, erased a 1-0 deficit with one out in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Belliard had three hits -- one a solo homer in the eighth.
The National League West-leading Dodgers have won seven of nine.
Winner Hiroki Kuroda (7-6) yielded a run and six hits in six innings with no walks and seven strikeouts. Closer Jonathan Broxton earned his 35th save with a 1-2-3 ninth.
Pittsburgh's run scored on Jason Jaramillo's second-inning single.
Andrew McCutchen had two of the six hits for the Pirates, who have lost 17 of 19.
Losing pitcher Kevin Hart (4-7) gave up two runs and seven hits and a walk in six innings. He struck out five.
