MLB: Arizona 4, Los Angeles 3 (10 innings)

PHOENIX, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- Gerardo Parra drove in a run in the 10th inning Saturday as the Arizona Diamondbacks defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers 4-3.

The game-winning hit came after Jonathan Broxton surrendered ninth-inning homers to Mark Reynolds and Miguel Montero to tie the contest between the National League West rivals.

Ramon Troncoso (4-2) gave up a single to Augie Ojeda at the start of the ninth, and pinch-hitter Dan Haren laid down a sacrifice bunt. Stephen Drew and Trent Oeltjen each drew an intentional pass, loading the bases and setting the stage for Parra's single to center for the win.

Oeltjen also drove in a run for the Diamondbacks, who have won four of their last five, and Montero went 3-for-4.

Starter Doug Davis went six innings and gave up three runs -- two earned -- on six hits with four walks and two strikeouts. Chad Qualls (2-1) picked up the win for pitching the 10th.

For the Dodgers, who have lost three straight and six of eight, Brad Ausmus went 2-for-4 with an RBI, and Rafael Furcal had two hits and a run scored.
