MLB: Pittsburgh 7, Colorado 3

DENVER, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- Delwyn Young had a two-run triple Tuesday to help the Pittsburgh Pirates get a rare road win with a 7-3 victory over Colorado.

Pittsburgh, which has won only three times in its past 21 away games, scored once in the second inning and four times in the third to take a 5-1 lead.

Ross Ohlendorf (10-8) got the win, giving up three runs on six hits in six-plus innings.

Rookie Jhoulys Chacin (0-1) started for the Rockies in place of injured Aaron Cook and lasted just 2 2/3 innings, giving up four runs on one hit and six walks.

Chacin walked three Pirates in the fateful fourth before being lifted for Fogg, who gave up the two-run triple to Young.

Troy Tulowitzki and Carlos Gonzalez homered for the Rockies.
