MILWAUKEE, July 25 (UPI) -- Yovani Gallardo gave up four hits in 7 1/3 scoreless innings Saturday to lead the Milwaukee Brewers to a 4-0 win over Atlanta.
Gallardo (9-7) walked four batters and fanned six in 118 pitches, while his RBI single gave Milwaukee a 1-0 lead with one out in the bottom of the fifth.
Nate McLouth had two of the four hits for the Braves, who had won four of five.
Tommy Hanson (5-1) surrendered two runs and nine hits in his first major league loss. He was unbeaten in his first eight starts.
Both teams wore uniforms from the Negro Leagues teams of the early 20th century.
